The end of the European football season finally comes this weekend as the Europa League and Champions League winners will be crowned. The Europa League final will take place on Friday, while the Champions League final will take place on Sunday evening. But, which teams should be included in the soccer tips for the weekend?

Champions League Final: Paris Saint-Germain vs Bayern Munich

The biggest game of the European football season takes place on Sunday evening, as Paris Saint-Germain will be attempting to win their very first Champions League success. They will come up against tough competition as Bayern Munich are a team full of renowned winners, with players such as David Alaba, Robert Lewandowski, and Manuel Neuer having won this competition in the past.

PSG aren’t short of superstars themselves, as KylianMbappe and Neymar will be hoping to lead the French champions to the prize that has alluded them for the past nine years. There were fears that this day was never going to come as they have been knocked out of this competition in bizarre circumstances in the past. However, this year has been a much better effort from Thomas Tuchel’s side as they have the best defensive record in the Champions League. PSG have conceded just four goals in their ten games to this point, and come into this game having kept a clean sheet last time out against RB Leipzig.

The Ligue 1 champions were fantastic in their semi-final clash against Leipzig, as they dominated the possession and looked dangerous every time that they came forward. The damage was done in the first half by PSG, as they scored twice through Marquinhos and Angel Di Maria. Juan Bernat added a third in the second half, but they will need to be even more clinical against Bayern Munich.

Bayern Munich will be the heavy favourites for the fixture as they have the best record in Europe since the turn of the year. They have won every game except one, and also have a 13-match winning run. They have been excellent since the Champions League resumed, as they have scored 12 goals in the two games that they have played against Chelsea and Barcelona. The latter of those was a stunning display, as they claimed an 8-2 success.

Philippe Coutinho scored twice in that fixture, but he will likely be on the bench again in the final. Meanwhile, Bayern breezed through to the final with a comfortable 3-0 success against Lyon. Robert Lewandowski scored again in that game, which has taken his tally for the season to 55. Stopping the prolific number nine will be the biggest challenge for PSG, but they will get their chances on the counter-attack. However, it is difficult to see past Bayern claiming a sixth Champions League success to end the Germans' phenomenal season.

Europa League Final: Inter Milan vs Sevilla

Sevilla will be looking to create history on Friday night as they will be hoping to win the Europa League for the sixth time in their history. However, they will have a big challenge on their hands if they are to achieve that, as they will be coming up against an Inter Milan side that will be looking to end their ten-year wait for a major trophy.

This will be the first-ever meeting between these two sides in a competitive tournament. That marks the sixth time in eleven years that a first-ever meeting will be played in the final of this competition. It will also be the tenth European final appearance for Inter, while Sevilla have won the last five UEFA finals that they have played in.

Sevilla have demonstrated their Europa League pedigree throughout the season, as they have navigated through every round seamlessly. They topped their group after winning five of their six fixtures, while they have been able to navigate tricky opponents in the knockout rounds. The Spanish side overcame Roma in the round of 16 stage, after goals from the impressive full-back Sergio Reguilon and Youssef En-Nesyri set up a quarterfinal showdown with Wolves.

Sevilla needed to ride their luck in that fixture as Wolves missed an early penalty, before Lucas Ocampos eventually scored the winning goal in the final ten minutes. Sevilla goalkeeper Bono was on top form again in the semi-final against Manchester United, as he made seven saves as the Spanish side beat the Red Devils 2-1. Luuk de Jong scored his first goal in nine games to win the showdown against Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side, but they will have to be much better to outlast Inter on Friday evening.

Inter’s run to the final of the Europa League has also been testing, as they have come up against talented sides from Spain, Germany, and Ukraine. They overcome Getafe in the round of 16 stage, as RomeluLukaku and Christian Eriksen scored the goals. Meanwhile, they then beat Bayer Leverkusen to book their spot in the Europa League. Inter were stunning in their semi-final clash against ShakhtarDonestk, with Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez both scoring twice in the 5-0 success.

The two goals in that clash means that Lukaku has now scored 33 goals in 49 games this season. The Belgium international has also scored six goals in four Europa League starts, and he will likely be on the scoresheet again against Sevilla as Inter crown a progressive season with Europa League glory.
